Privacy Policy for Sky Stack

Overview
Sky Stack is designed as a primarily offline iPhone game. You do not need a Sky Stack account to play. The current version has no custom account system or developer-operated game backend.
Data Stored on the Device
Sky Stack stores your best score, game preferences, achievement and progression flags, and unlocked and selected themes using local Apple platform storage such as UserDefaults. The app’s current implementation retains this state locally and does not send it to a custom server or synchronize it through an app-operated cloud service.
Optional Game Center score and achievement reporting is separate from this local storage.
Game Center
If you choose to use Game Center, Apple may process Game Center-related information under its own service and privacy practices. Sky Stack uses Apple’s GameKit facilities to submit your best score and completed achievement identifiers. It uses a Game Center player identifier in memory to manage submissions for the signed-in player; it does not operate a custom Game Center backend.

Analytics and Advertising
The current version does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or custom tracking. It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Device Access
Sky Stack does not collect location or health data, record through the microphone, or access the camera, contacts or photo library. Audio is playback only. There is no custom user-generated content system.
Purchases
Sky Stack version 1.0 contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Children’s Privacy
The local storage and optional Game Center practices described above apply to the current game. Sky Stack does not ask players to provide their age or contact information in the app. Apple manages Game Center account settings and restrictions under its own services.
Changes
This policy may be updated if Sky Stack’s features or data practices change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is approved and published.
